Resource Oasis
These resources are curated for the Deep-Sea Divers. They are tools for unmasking, reclamation, and safety from carceral harm.
Navigating the Resource Oasis: A Note from Doc
As a researcher and Professor, I know that the quality of our sources determines the depth of our understanding. In the Black radical tradition, we recognize that information is a form of power—but only if it serves our liberation. I have curated these resources not as a standard clinical list, but as an extension of the work we do at Orange Oasis Healing.
These are the tools I have vetted through the lens of my own lived experience and clinical rigor. You will find no carceral boilerplate here; instead, you will find peer-led sanctuaries, radical texts, and tools for somatic autonomy. Whether you are using the Professor’s Bookshelf to deconstruct systemic “head trash” or utilizing our Anti-Carceral Crisis Supports to maintain your safety from state intervention, I invite you to treat these resources as active partners in your healing. This page is a living document—a guide for the Deep-Sea Divers who are ready to move beyond “coping” and into the holy work of reclamation.
